Minimum wage will increase to $12.30 per hour effective 1/1/2024

November 1, 2023 - The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations has announced the state minimum wage will increase from the current $12.00/hour to $12.30/hour for 2024.

The increase was mandated by the voter-approved minimum wage increase that provided for an automatic increase or decrease in the minimum wage based on the Consumer Price Index.
