U.S. employers added 287,000 this June

According to the Associated Press, U.S. employers added 287,000 jobs in June, suggesting a growth in the economy. The surge in employment is the largest since October 2015.

Manufacturing employers added 14,000 jobs. According to a survey by the Institute for Supply Management, a trade group, manufacturing companies expanded in June at their fastest rate since November.
