Missouri Enterprise is partnering with the Missouri Department of Agriculture, and the Missouri Workforce Development and Investment Boards to help food growers enhance food safety procedures and practices.
Through these 6-hour Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) workshops, you will have a better understanding of what is expected to pass a USDA produce audit. This class will get you ready for the audit and take the next step towards GAP certification. GAP is a voluntary audit that verifies that fruits and vegetables are produced as safely as possible to minimize risks of microbial food hazards.
