U.S. House passes Keystone pipeline bill

To no one’s surprise this week, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Keystone XL Energy pipeline bill. But there was little celebration on Capitol Hill. President Obama has signaled he will veto the bill, and the margins aren’t there for supporters to override the veto. The Wall Street Journal took this look at where the Keystone bill is now, and where it is likely going.
