The Trump administration may hold off on deciding whether to implement auto tariffs due a hold up on a report discussing their risk to national security.

Even though the Commerce Department said it would release the report this month, the U.S. Commerce Secretary said there was a good chance of a delay. The legal cut off date is not until February.

The talks been ongoing for more than a year and seem to be close to reaching an agreement.
