Tax policy DOES matter to companies – and should matter to all of us

In an article recently published in Forbes, AIM Board Member James Carter wrote of the impact government tax law choices have on companies’ choices of business location.  The article points out that often government tax writers raise taxes (or refuse to lower them) in hopes of raising more government revenue.  In fact, the article points out that the laws of physics also apply to tax policy – every action causes an equal and opposite reaction.  The article is well written and deserves your attention as a business operator in Missouri.
