Supreme Court strikes down key aspects of EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Emissions Regulations; Upholds
Some good news on the EPA CO2 emissions front for a change.

The United States Supreme Court ruled Monday that certain key aspects of EPA’s greenhouse gas air emissions permitting program are beyond EPA’s authority under the Clean Air Act.
