The Missouri Senate has Third Read SB 66 (Schatz) that defines when workers’ compensation benefits should be terminated.

Specifically, the bill defines “maximum medical improvement” and provides a framework better defining when work comp payments should cease and dealing with work comp payments to persons killed or injured in the line of duty.

AIM supports the bill, which now moves to the House for further consideration.
