Ruth Binger honored as a 2019 Most Influential Business Woman in St. Louis

Ruth A. Binger, a principal with Danna McKitrick, P.C., has been named as a 2019 “Most Influential Business Woman” by the St. Louis Business Journal. Binger was selected for the impact she has made in the legal industry. The 25 honorees were chosen from almost 240 nominations with the assistance of previous honorees. Binger was nominated for this recognition by President and CEO of Associated Industries of Missouri, Ray McCarty.

A leader in the firm, Binger heads Danna McKitrick’s transactional group. This group includes mergers and acquisition transactions, tax, employment, cybersecurity, banking, intellectual property, real estate finance, international law, securities, business and commercial law, securities, and dispute resolution. She is also a marketing co-chair and recently served on the executive committee. Binger leads three mastermind/peer advisory groups of business owners and leaders across industries. Binger is a frequent author and panel member on topics related to employment issues, cybersecurity, digital law, business advisory, and intellectual property.

Binger earned her J.D. at DePaul University School of Law and graduated with a B.S. from Northern Illinois University. She has served on the board for Associated Industries of Missouri for many years.
