Ruth M. Binger, principal at Danna McKitrick P.C. law firm in St. Louis, received the “President’s Award for Membership” at the Annual Meeting of Associated Industries of Missouri held November 16 in Jefferson City.
“Ruth was responsible for introducing six new businesses to the services we provide at Associated Industries of Missouri and those six business are now members of AIM,” said Ray McCarty, president and CEO of AIM. “We are grateful to Ruth for her exceptional efforts to grow Associated Industries of Missouri and I am pleased to present her with this award,” said McCarty.
Ruth is the department head of Danna McKitrick’s transactional practice group which includes mergers and acquisition transactions, tax, employment, banking, real estate finance, international law, securities, business and commercial law, and dispute resolution. She advises family-owned and closely-held businesses and multinational companies in many industries, including manufacturing and distribution, professional services including web development and software development, transportation and retail.
Understanding that the law is a tool, Ruth uses her 20+ years of representing businesses and her 17+ years of facilitating business owner peer advisory boards to responsively and effectively recommend the most appropriate and effective legal strategy.
