On Tuesday, Missouri Enterprise held its Manufacturing Mixer. This mixer featured several important people in the manufacturing industry, as well as a selection of Missouri-made goods available for consumption.
The mixer began with a speech from Improvisator Jason Archer. He led the group through various team building exercises that challenged the participants.
This was followed by a lunch and learn session, where a presentation was given on next-gen manufacturing.
The event was capped off with a panel of Missouri manufacturers. These manufacturers talked about the challenges they faced and how they deal with them. At the end, they answered audience questions.
AIM president and CEO Ray McCarty and other AIM staff attended the event throughout the day. “We fully support Missouri Enterprise,” he said. “The services they provide are helping Missouri manufacturers get and stay competitive in an ever-changing world. At AIM, we understand Missouri Enterprise gives our manufacturers the tools they need to succeed,” he said.
