Associated Industries of Missouri (AIM), the “Voice of Missouri Business”®, is pleased to be a partner at the second annual “Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference” (MECC) slated for May 13-14 in Kansas City. This event is focused on the needs of the regulated community in Missouri and throughout the region who are charged with the increasingly difficult task of environmental compliance. This is a critical time period for a potential new Ozone standard, Next Generation Compliance, Integrated Resource Planning, SO2 implementation, new definitions for “Waters of the United States,” the President’s Clean Power Plan, urban infrastructure issues, vapor intrusion, water resource protection, definition of “solid waste,” effective Environmental Management Systems, and much more.
