Missouri’s Western District Court of Appeals threw out a lawsuit to keep a proposed increase to the state’s gas tax off the November ballot.
Judge Victor Howard ruled that the lawsuit is premature. The lawsuit will not be allowed until after the gas tax goes before Missouri voters.
