Jeff Davis appointed to Southeast Missouri State University Board of Governors

July 18, 2025 - Jeffery Davis, of Wardsville, has been appointed to serve on the Southeast Missouri State University Board of Governors by Governor Mike Kehoe.

Mr. Davis is the Executive Director of Government Affairs for BNSF Railway. Davis is a fifth-generation farmer and an active member of his community, serving as the 1st Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Associated Industries of Missouri, the state's oldest business advocacy organization. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Railroad Association and is active in other business groups. He previously served as a commissioner and chairman of the Missouri Public Service Commission.
