House gives first round approval to PDMP

The Missouri House today “perfected” HCS HB 90 & 68, a bill that would allow Missouri to

finally be the last state to implement a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.

The bill, sponsored by Rep. Holly Rehder, is supported by Associated Industries of Missouri.

The bill faces one more vote before advancing to the Senate. The Senate has passed another version of the PDMP legislation.
