On June 14 The Manufacturing Institute will be hosting STEP Forward: St. Louis, a forum and reception to advance #MFGwomen.
Science, Technology, Engineering, & Production (STEP) Forward: St. Louis, hosted by The Manufacturing Institute with support from Eaton Corporation, will help manufacturers discover strategies on how to best lead and adapt working cultures where women can thrive.
Attendees will become champions of attracting, advancing and retaining new manufacturing talent in their companies, communities and networks.
