November 13, 2020 - The day after Governor Mike Parson expanded the special session subjects to include COVID liability protection, Senator Ed Emery filed Senate Bill 1. The bill will address COVID liability protection for healthcare workers, producers of PPE and general premises liability that includes business owners.
Although some language adjustments are necessary to correct some typographical errors, the bill is expected to be heard in committee next week.
