In its continuing fight to override the governor’s veto of House Bill 253, Associated Industries of Missouri has posted a video that lays out the reasons why your legislators should vote to uphold the first broad-based tax rate cut in nearly 100 years.
In the video, AIM president Ray McCarty calls the fight to override the veto as “one of the biggest and most historic (the association) has ever encountered” in its nearly 100 year existence. Calling the passage of House Bill 253 “a bold decision” by state legislators, McCarty urges Missouri residents to contact their Senators and Representatives to encourage them to support the override attempt.
