Ray McCarty talks TRIM report with KRCG-TV

The publishing of the TRIM report about the impact of House Bill 253 on the state’s revenue collections generated quite a lot of media interest.

Several newspapers, radio stations and the Missouri Net radio network picked up the information. One night after featuring opponents of the tax cut, veteran KRCG-TV (Jefferson City) anchor and political reporter Kermit Miller sat down with AIM president Ray McCarty to go over findings of the TRIM study. Miller then put together a story that ran Wednesday night, August 14 during KRCG’s 6 o’clock newscast. Click on the picture to see the story!
