Missouri’s November unemployment rate was 3.0 percent, the lowest it’s ever been recorded, dating back to 1976. Missouri’s unemployment rate has been lower than the corresponding U.S. rate for 43 consecutive months, according to a Department of Economic Development report.
The number of unemployed Missourians in November was 93,460, a 901-person drop from the previous month. The non-seasonally adjusted rate was 2.5 percent, compared to a national rate of 3.5 percent.
