Though he won’t officially be Speaker of the House of Representatives until after the start of the legislative session on January, State Rep. John Diehl (R-Town and Country) was definitely in charge when House Republicans met the media Wednesday afternoon in the House lounge after caucusing to select their leaders for the upcoming session.
