Missouri's oldest general business association endorses Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe in 2020

June 30, 2020 - Associated Industries of Missouri Political Action Committee (AIMPAC) today announced the organization’s support for Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe in the 2020 election.

"Lt. Governor Kehoe has demonstrated his strong support for Missouri businesses throughout his tenure in the Missouri Senate by maintaining a stellar pro-business voting record," said Jerry M. Hunter, partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Chairman of the Board of Associated Industries of Missouri. “Lieutenant Governor Kehoe has also been very supportive of including all Missourians, including ethnic minorities and women, in opportunities to participate in Missouri State Government for possible appointments and business opportunities. We fully support his bid to continue his work on behalf of Missouri businesses through the Buy Missouri program and in his role presiding over the Missouri Senate," said Hunter.

“Lt. Governor Kehoe has a 100% voting record with the business community throughout his entire legislative career in the Missouri Senate,” said Ray McCarty president and CEO of Associated Industries of Missouri. “He is a businessman. He knows the issues facing job creators and how important it is to recognize and support our Missouri businesses. We look forward to his continued service on behalf of all Missourians,” he said.

“Associated Industries of Missouri and I share an unwavering commitment to smart pro-growth policies to keep and attract businesses that create the family supporting jobs we need,” said Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe. “I am proud to receive their endorsement and partner with them to build a better Missouri economy with more opportunities to help other Missourians achieve the American Dream.”

Established in 1919, Associated Industries of Missouri is the state’s oldest advocate for businesses in Missouri.
