Ruth Binger, of law firm Danna McKitrick and board member of Associated Industries of Missouri (AIM), secured the trademarks for Buy Missouri, a program to promote tourism and Missouri goods and services through the offices of the Lt. Governor and presented them to Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe this week in Jefferson City.
Accompanying Ms. Binger in making the presentation to Lt. Governor Kehoe was AIM Board Chairman Jerry Jost and AIM President Ray McCarty.
“Buy Missouri is a program that helps showcase the goods and services made right here in Missouri,” said Lt. Governor Kehoe. “We are proud to show off Missouri goods and services to tourists as well as shoppers here in Missouri through this program,” said Lt. Gov. Kehoe.
As a state senator, Lt. Governor Kehoe sponsored legislation creating a “Buy Missouri Week” in Missouri to highlight the program.
