AIM and MTD urge Trump’s administration to lead an infrastructure initiative

A broad coalition representing a vast cross-section of the economy has been working together to deliver a joint sign-on letter urging President Trump to strengthen the nation’s economy and improve America’s competitiveness through significant investment in our nation’s infrastructure.

Associated Industries of Missouri and Missouri Transportation and Development Council signed this important letter to President Trump urging him to act on a balanced infrastructure plan.

“We can no longer afford to underinvest in the infrastructure that Americans rely on in our daily lives,” the letter said. “Any responsible proposal must provide improvements to all types of infrastructure throughout the country and address large important projects that make our businesses more competitive by reducing shipping, commuting, water and energy costs.”
