Columbia City Council approves Broadway Hotel TIF

A flood of public support swayed the Columbia City Council in favor of a tax incentive to help build a second tower for The Broadway Columbia hotel Monday night. The council voted to give out $2 million in tax increment financing. The city will still need to approve a development agreement.
